About
Mohamed Aziz Neifar is the Director of the .NET Africa Conference. An engineer, he designs and builds intelligent systems that operate in complex, real-world environments.
His work sits at the intersection of machine learning, signal processing and robotics, with applications ranging from biomedical sensing to autonomous systems. At the Institut Pasteur, he developed acoustic machine learning models for species identification, achieving high accuracy under real-world noisy conditions and contributing to research with strong scientific potential.
He works across the full engineering stack, from data acquisition and feature engineering to model development and system integration, prioritising robustness and scalability over theoretical performance.
Beyond technical execution, he builds ecosystems. As the founder of Tunisia's first Microsoft Student Ambassadors Club, he scaled a high-performing community and enabled teams to compete at international level. He has represented Tunisia in global robotics competitions, contributing to award-winning systems in high-pressure, competitive environments.
His focus: engineering systems that deliver measurable, real-world impact at scale.
